Rockefeller Center TourThe Complete Tour

Rockefeller Center area -> around One World Trade Observatory -> St. Patrick’s Cathedral ->The Plaza -> Central Park -> The Upper West Side -> Wall Street -> Greenwich Village; about 5 hours (customizable)

Let our talented guides show you all over New York. Using their knowledge and experiences, they will keep you entertained as they impart the history and stories behind the landmarks that all visitors want to see. After you are met in your hotel’s lobby, your guide will lead you to Rockefeller Center where the tour begins. From there, it’s a walk up fashionable Fifth Avenue to the Plaza Hotel. Then you’ll enter the Scholar’s Gate to learn about Central Park before you exit at The Dakota, where everybody from John Lennon  to Boris Karloff lived. A short subway ride later, you emerge into historic Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village. Then it’s off to the West Village ,where you learn about Manhattan in the late 1700’s. From there we head further south, remembering that Manhattan, as we now know it, grew from a small Dutch community on  its Southern tip. City Hall,  St. Paul’s, Cathedral and Trinity Church lead us to Wall Street. Our guides, most of whom are actors on TV and in films, add knowledge of the various sets and locations along the entire route.

Unlike the group tours that you see around where 15 to 30 people straining to hear a guide they can’t even see, our personalized tours ensure that no one will get lost in the shuffle. Since your group will only contain your family or friends, our tours provide a more intimate experience that can even be adapted to your specific interests. Want to learn how Vanderbilt changed the city by building Grand Central Terminal? No problem. Want to nibble on an authentic New York City hot dog? Take a selfie at Gray’s Papaya! This tour takes about 5 ½ hours …so put on your walking shoes and get ready for a thrill!

Shorter Walking Tours

New York offers museums, Broadway shows, sporting event and hundreds of attractions. We understand that you might not want to commit to a 5 ½  hour tour, so we offer two shorter tours: The Uptown Tour and The Downtown Tour. You can book either one or, as we suggest, split them up over two days and see everything!

Central Park TourThe Uptown Tour

Rockefeller Center -> The Plaza -> Upper WestSide -> St. Patrick’s -> Central Park; about 2 1/2 hours.

The Uptown Tour commences at historic Rockefeller Center. Then it’s on to St Patrick’s Cathedral, up Fifth Avenue and into The Plaza Hotel. Our guide will then show you Central Park, beautiful 12 months a year, before exiting on the Upper West Side at the famed apartment building, The Dakota. The Uptown Tour takes about 2 ½ hours,  giving you plenty of time to attend a play or go to a museum afterward!

Washington Square TourThe Downtown Tour

Greenwich Village -> Wall Street -> Soho -> Chinatown -> Little Italy -> City Hall; about 2 1/2 hours.

From Washington Square Park to Wall Street, this tour gives you the history and flavor of the early years of Manhattan. In between, you’ll visit the West Village with its narrow streets, Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown.  You’ll see the court houses of Centre Street, known to the world for the sets for Law & Order and hundreds of other TV shows and movies.  Passing City Hall, you’ll visit St. Paul’s Cathedral before heading down lower Broadway, home to the famous Canyon of Heroes Tickertape parades. Finally, we show you historic Trinity Church before winding up at Wall Street. The Downtown Tour takes about 2 ½ hours.
